Multiple Angles for Creative Solutions was a small consulting and research support firm I founded with a colleague. We provided a variety of services, including: o Dissertation consulting & coaching - helping doctoral students through the process of their dissertation research, from research question conception through to submitting their final dissertation. o Assisting researchers with the design and planning of their research projects, from topic formation through choice of methods, data collection strategies, and data analysis strategies. o Creating and managing online presence and data collection for academic researchers. o Working creatively to help researchers work through areas or periods of "stuckness" using active listening, brainstorming, creative visualization, and reframing.

Trimergence is a boutique consulting firm focused on management leadership training and cultural change through the application of clinical psychology and proprietary models, and includes individual coaching as well as group seminars. Clients include Agilent Technologies, Kimpton Group, KMD Architects, Pixar, and Adobe. *Research & Development* o Provided input into the creation of several seminars, including writing and editing content and creating presentation materials and assessments. o Completed a detailed needs assessment including analysis and recommendations for image and branding, client services and service delivery, program development, sales operations, and administration and general operations. *Client Services* o Researched and implemented a virtual meeting system for remote individual client sessions. o Streamlined the client report writing process. o Communicated with clients regarding assessment procedures, and provided technical support regarding website use. *Information Technology* o Researched, implemented and managed I.T. strategies. o Trained and supported staff on all desktop and web technologies. * Website Creation & Management* o Designed and created the initial business website. o Managed all improvement, redevelopment, and content infrastructure for the site as it evolved, including custom application development.

Paper presentation: "Online Assessments in a Transpersonal Psychology Doctoral Program: A Case Study." A paper presented in a symposium entitled "Frontier Methods in Transpersonal Research & Holistic Practice." at the 112th Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association, Honolulu, HI, August 2004.? *Teaching Assistant - Graduate course in Human Development* o Taught portions of the course. o Filled in as instructor when the professor was away. o Assisted with grading papers and providing feedback to students. *Library Assistant* o Created and managed the first ITP Library website, including an online searchable database for completed dissertations. o Oversaw management of all Macs in the computer lab. o Provided support and training to graduate students and faculty in the computer lab. o Provided assistance to graduate students with research questions. *Committee Memberships* o Served as student member of the ITP Research Ethics Committee, reviewing all research proposals. o Served as student member of the ITP Faculty Search Committee, reviewing applications for faculty positions.

Managed the credit and investment portfolios for a large retail branch ($210MM in business volume) and the complete banking relationship with 50+ 'high-value' clients. Directed all lending related functions and "cleaned up" branch credit portfolio, resulting in significant improvements in internal audit ratings. Served as the primary resource for branch staff on all credit and investment issues and managed in-branch training for Account Manager Trainees and cross-training for branch Customer Service Representatives, including developing and delivering seminars for the mutual funds exam. Successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and Registered Representatives Exam. Contributed to a CSC training and study manual for the AM-PFS training program.
