Scott McCulloch

Hi, I'm Scott McCulloch - I help people tap into their inner resources, develop greater clarity and self-awareness, and move from reactivity to responsiveness.

I am a certified facilitator, trainer, and expert in the use of the Projective Differential(TM) (PD) and JOG Your Right Brain(TM) process. The PD is a unique assessment tool that uncovers attitudes towards and perceptions of assessed topics-within and between groups-that are 'below the surface' of conscious awareness, yet exert a powerful influence on the functioning of an organization. In addition to organization culture assessment and employee engagement measurement, the PD can be used in team building, solution evaluation, focus groups, creative problem solving, whole-brain decision making, and strategy assessment.
